Cheap Trick to perform Beatles 'Sgt Pepper's' in LACheap Trick are set to perform The Beatles' 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' in Los Angeles from start to finish in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the landmark album.
The performance will take place at the Hollywood Bowl on August 10 and 11.
The American rockers will be accompanied by the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra as well as Aimee Mann, Joan Osborne and other special guests.
In addition to performing the entire album, the artists will play several Beatles favourites including 'Magical Mystery Tour', 'Norwegian Wood' and 'Eleanor Rigby'. Kings of Leon hit the road with BRMC
Kings of Leon have announced that they will be joined by Black Rebel Motorcycle Club on the second leg of their US tour.
They'll kick things off in Minneapolis later this summer, and are set to play dates at Los Angeles' Greek Theatre on September 7 at New York's Radio City Music Hall on September 19, before wrapping things up in New Orleans this autumn.
The Followill boys will also make summer festival appearances at Chicago's Lollapalooza on August 5 and Seattle's Bumbershoot on September 2.
